Having provided residential letting services since 2013, we have often been asked to take on factoring projects in the city,however have always held off until we felt the project was right for us. Knowing the developer as well as we do and the quality of this development in this part of the city made it an easy decision to make 34@ The Works or first Factored development.
We are appointed to manage all common areas in the development and to ensure the building maintains it's integrity throughout the years in order to protect the investment that all owners have made. These Deeds are primarily intended to ensure that the development is always maintained to the highest possible standards and is always a pleasant environment to live in. The Deeds are simply asking all residents to be considerate and courteous to immediate and extended neighbours.
