- Giving referees advance notice that you are looking for a property and that they may be contacted
- Having your ID photographed and ready to send when requested
- Knowing your earliest move in date
- Having a guarantor in place if required
- Knowing your monthly income/expenditure including all costs associated with the property you are applying for

SAFEGUARDING YOUR TENANCY DEPOSIT
Once we receive your deposit, we will lodge the full amount with Safe Deposits Scotland and send you an information document which outlines the conditions under which your deposit is held. Safe Deposits Scotland will also email you to confirm the full amount has been lodged with them.
