No Surprise Maintenance Expenses

Unless otherwise agreed or in an emergency, we will give you prior notice of any maintenance issues that arise.  We know margins are tight for Landlords and advance notice of any costs allows you to plan ahead.  We make all contractor invoices available to Landlords.

Next Day Rental Payments

We  pay out rental payments to landlords on the first business day after the rent has been received.  Rent payments are accompanied by an emailed statement with details of  income and expenditure for the rent period.

No Hidden Fees

Our full management fee is 10% + Vat and we have a small initial set up fee of £200 + Vat.  We don't have additional charges for organising any maintenance issues that may arise throughout the course of a tenancy.

Straight Talking Letting

Gardiner Waters provide a direct letting service for Landlords in Glasgow.  Should you have any queries regarding your property or the tenancy at your property, then you will have direct contact with Craig and Tony through mobile phone and email.
